Terrific to see such a two-parter here from the Loeb Award-winning Lucy Komisar. There's no one who knows the history of career conman Bill Browder more granularly than the justly legendary American investigative journalist.

And the true story of Browder, Hermitage players and their utility to Anglo-American+ intell state machinations is much more interesting and meaningful than is the preposterous, purple, ghost-written fiction passed off as Browder's autobiographies. The latter, (eg. "Red Notice"), serve as propaganda porn for Russophobes, warmongers and cover for politicians and press agents lacking integrity. (Lee Child of the Jack Reacher series could not sink lower.)

Here in Canada I've personally met with a Federal MP (Member of Parliament) and national party leader - who revealed they and their colleagues in Ottawa did zero due diligence into Browder and the Magnitsky myth prior to voting in legislation based upon the fraud. Rather, as happened in the US where Jonathan Winer, John McCain, Ben Cardin et al greased the tracks, in Canada conman Browder relied upon Irwin Cotler, a corrupt Liberal Party insider (former MP, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada) to launder his lies to Parliament and provide MPs with cover for their votes made in willful ignorance of the facts.

And so the wheels turn...

Alex Krainer wrote a book about Browder's criminal career which was published some time ago, but this article is a great update to a detailed study as well as a good executive summary. Thanks.
